Machines & equipment

Two machines. Both two-bowl.

We run Bras and Elmeco two-bowl machines. The choice usually comes down to one thing: how much counter and overhead space your kiosk actually has.

The range

What we install in parks.

Both are commercial two-bowl units with independently controlled bowls, so you can run a kids’ flavour in one and a mocktail or chilled juice in the other.

Made in Italy

Bras FBM2

The compact one. Built deliberately lower than most two-bowl machines, so it fits under overhead cupboards and into tight kiosk counters where a full-size unit won’t go.

Best for: Tight counters, low overhead clearance, food vans and mobile setups.

  • Leak-proof magnetic driveA seal-less magnetic mixing system with no rear shaft bushings, so there are no sticky leaks into the motor and fewer parts to wear out.
  • Fast-freeze recoveryIncreased internal freezing surface pulls temperature down quickly, so the machine keeps pouring through a rush instead of falling behind.
  • Independent bowlsEach bowl runs its own frozen or chilled setting — slushies in one, chilled juice or cocktails in the other.
  • Built for compact spacesA low-profile, lightweight body on a stable base, for counters where a full-height machine simply will not fit.

Made in Italy

Elmeco First Class FC2

The larger one. Holds 20% more per fill than the Bras and draws less power, but needs noticeably more bench depth and overhead height to sit comfortably.

Best for: Standard-height counters with the depth for a full-size unit and steadier volume.

  • Patented “Total Cold” coolingHolds a constant temperature across the bowl, rated to keep working in room temperatures of 30–35°C — which matters in a South Australian summer.
  • Electronic density controlDial in how thick the slush sits rather than adjusting by feel, so the product is the same every service.
  • Frozen or chilledDoubles as a soft-drink refrigerator, so a bowl can serve chilled drinks out of season instead of standing idle.
  • No motor shaft sealsFewer wear parts in the drive and a simpler strip-down at cleaning time.

Side by side

The numbers that decide it.

Measure your counter before you choose. Depth and height catch people out more often than capacity does.

Before you order

Will it fit your kiosk?

Counter space

Allow 36 × 47cm for the Bras or 43 × 55cm for the Elmeco — roughly a microwave either way — plus room at the front to hold a cup under the tap.

Overhead clearance

The Bras stands 69cm tall and the Elmeco 77cm. Measure to the underside of any overhead cupboard, and leave headroom to lift the bowl lids when refilling.

Power

Both run from a standard 10amp power point — 1100W for the Bras, 930W for the Elmeco, so roughly a kettle. No three-phase or special wiring.

Airflow

Leave clear space around the vents so the condenser can breathe. A boxed-in machine runs warm and recovers slowly on a hot day.
